Terms & conditions

  1. The promotion is open to all UK residents, excluding employees and their immediate families of Skin Solutions UK Ltd, their agents (excluding clients), and anyone professionally connected with the competition. Players under 16 years old will require the permission of a parent or guardian to play and accept a prize. No third party entries.

  2. You are only eligible to take part in this promotion if you buy any Xen-Tan product on www.xen-tan.co.uk by midnight on 29th November 2009 AND you choose to enter by clicking the entry button on the order confirmation page at www.xen-tan.co.uk by midnight on 29th November 2009. Each separate purchase made during this period will qualify for an entry. Non-registration will affect your participation in this promotion.

  3. Only sales made and entries received by midnight on 29th November qualify towards this promotion.

  4. After the promotion closes, 6 entrants will be picked at random under independent supervision to receive one of 6 pairs of tickets for Clothes Show Live (Friday 4th December 2009) and 4 entrants will be picked at random under independent supervision to receive one of 4 pairs of tickets for Clothes Show Live (Saturday 5th December 2009). The 10 selected entrants will be contacted by Skin Solutions by 2nd December 2009 via email to the email address provided at the time of entry. The 10 pairs of tickets will simultaneously be sent to the 10 winners at the postal addresses provided at the time of entry.

  5. By participating in this promotion winners are giving their permission to use their names, counties and likeness in marketing and advertising materials.

  6. The winning tickets will be sent via Royal Mail Registered Delivery and Skin Solutions will not be held responsible for prizes that cannot be delivered to the given address.

  7. No cash alternatives will be offered. The prize comprises tickets only: all travel and any other expenses incurred in visiting the Clothes Show Live will be the responsibility of the winners.

  8. Names and counties of winners are available by writing to the promoter at Skin Solutions UK Ltd, Head Office, Unit A1, Lingard Court, Lingard Lane, Bredbury, SK6 2QU, enclosing an SAE.
